Jungle Habitat is more than a 1970s tribute band—it is a theatrical journey back to the decade when AM radio ruled the airwaves. Created and produced by Joe Gills, the show combines live music, comedy, storytelling, vintage video, costume changes, and unforgettable pieces of 1970s popular culture. From transistor radios and Polaroid cameras to Evel Knievel, Pet Rocks, and the Bicentennial, every element is designed to bring the audience’s memories back to life.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
Jungle Habitat has entertained audiences at municipal summer concerts, theaters, casinos, festivals, farms, wineries, breweries, and special events throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. WHAT WE PLAY
The show celebrates the variety that made 1970s AM radio so special—classic rock, pop, soft rock, soul, country crossover, bubblegum, disco, and one-hit wonders.
